Open the site and tap “Publish”
Open propertycoco.com on your phone or computer and tap “Publish” in the top-right corner. If you are logged out, you will be sent to log in first and returned afterwards.
Register or log in
Sign up or log in with your phone number, or use WeChat. New accounts are logged in automatically after registration.
Choose your role: landlord or agent
Choose a verification type on your first publish: landlord verification is free with no review; agents must complete agent verification first.
Complete landlord verification (free)
Fill in your WeChat, phone / WhatsApp and email. It takes effect immediately — free, no review and valid long-term.
Fill in the listing and choose a promotion
Fill in the listing details, upload up to 9 photos, tick the publishing notice and choose a promotion. After submission the listing goes through platform review and goes live once approved.
